JMG Delivers Major Engineering Projects Across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Aviation Sectors in Q2 2026

JMG Limited has completed three major engineering projects across Nigeria's healthcare, manufacturing and aviation sectors in the second quarter of 2026, reinforcing its commitment to providing innovative electromechanical solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and promote sustainability for businesses.

JMG Limited, Nigeria's leading integrated electromechanical solutions company, has strengthened its position in the country's engineering sector with the successful execution of three landmark projects across healthcare, manufacturing and aviation during the second quarter of 2026.

The projects, delivered through the company's renewable energy, climate solutions and elevator divisions, underscore JMG's commitment to providing innovative engineering solutions that enhance operational performance, lower operating costs and support sustainable business growth.

One of the company's flagship projects involved the design and installation of a hybrid solar power system at St. Catherine Specialist Hospital in Wuse 2, Abuja, by JMG Solar. The solution now provides uninterrupted electricity for critical medical services while significantly reducing the hospital's dependence on diesel-powered generators.

According to the company, the hospital has cut its diesel consumption by 50 per cent since the system was commissioned, reducing usage from approximately 2,000 litres to 1,000 litres monthly. This has translated into diesel cost savings of about ₦14 million within four months, while monthly energy expenses have dropped by approximately ₦2 million.

JMG said the solar installation is expected to generate more than 133 megawatt-hours (MWh) of clean electricity annually and prevent over 53,000 kilograms of carbon emissions each year.

In the manufacturing sector, JMG Clima, the company's climate solutions division and the authorised dealer of Trane in Nigeria, completed the upgrade of the cooling infrastructure at the corporate facility of one of Nigeria's leading snack manufacturers.

Following a comprehensive assessment of the facility's operational needs, the company deployed a high-efficiency Trane HVAC system designed to improve cooling performance, enhance indoor air quality, increase operational reliability and reduce long-term maintenance costs.

JMG Elevator also completed the installation and maintenance support of 16 TK Elevator units at Victor Attah International Airport in Akwa Ibom State. The project includes 12 elevators and four escalators aimed at improving passenger movement, accessibility and overall operational efficiency within the airport terminal.

The company disclosed that following the successful completion of the installation, the client approved an additional three TK Elevator units, bringing the total number of installations at the airport to 19.

Commenting on the projects, JMG's Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said the company remains focused on delivering practical engineering solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses across critical sectors.

"Across every sector, businesses are looking for solutions that improve reliability while reducing operating costs. Our focus is to combine engineering expertise with innovative technologies that help our customers operate more efficiently today while preparing for the future," Jammal said.

JMG noted that the successful execution of the projects further reinforces its position as a trusted engineering partner, providing integrated solutions across renewable energy, power generation, climate solutions, electrical infrastructure, vertical transportation, compressed air systems and industrial technologies.

The company added that it remains committed to supporting organisations investing in resilience and sustainability by delivering innovative engineering solutions that create long-term value across Nigeria.
