NBA Ikeja Celebrate 2022 Law week

The Nigeria bar Association, ikeja branch on Friday kick started their 2022 annual  law week with a press conference to outline the program of event.

The event was held at the bar center ikeja.

While speaking the alternative chairman NBA ikeja annual law week Deji Olabiwonnu said they are kick starting this annual law week with press conference and later have a Jumat service

On Sunday 12th of June there will be a thanks giving service at Archbishop Vinning memorial church GRA Ikeja by 9am.

Olabiwonnu said on Tuesday14th of June there will be lecture  seasons will the theme Democratic Nigeria has lives really changed? Which will be delivered by Governor of Ondo state Mr Rotimi Akeredolu ,Mr YC Maikyau and Mr Femi falana SAN,

Same day will also be another lecture to be delivered by Mrs funke Adekoya, Mr Tunde Busari SAN and Mr layi Babatunde with a topic Arbitration clauses and the role of our court ,the need for judicial intervention which will be held at Marriott hotel GRA Ikeja.

He also said on Wednesday there will be another lecture seasons with a theme ,the Bar  Bunch a relationship that should never die, and this will be delivered by Hon justice Kazeem Alogba, Hon , Justice A.O Faji ,Mr Moyosore Onigbanjo SAN  Mr Joe kyari Gadzama SAN, Deacon Dele Adesina SAN and Dr Muiz Banire this will also be held at Marriott hotel GRA Ikeja.

Later in the day there will be a variety Night that you will see the lawyer in a relaxing mood, we organized this to honour our leaders in the bar,this will start by 6:30pm at the bar center Ikeja.

Olabiwonnu further said that on Thursday there will be another season call Alao AKA Bashorun memorial lecture with a theme  : the allegation of corruption in legal profession who is to blame,this will be delivered by Hon, Justice  I T Muhammad CFR,OFR, Chief Wole Olanipekun SAN OFR and Mr yemi Candide Johnson

He said on Friday 17th of June which is the last day , they have a season for young lawyers, with the topic opportunities for young lawyers in law bridging the Gap ,this will be delivered by Sam Adio SAN, kunle Adegoke SAN and faruq Abass this will also be holding at Marriott hotel GRA Ikeja

To round it up same day we are having a Dinner in honour of Dr kemi Piherio SAN and this also will be holding at Marriott hotel Ikeja, he added.

Those are who were present at the event are Mr Tunji  Akinyemi, member NBA ikeja,Mr Deji Olabiwonnu the alternative chairman of NBA ikeja 2022 Annual law week,Mrs Adedoyin Shoboye,vice chairman NBA Ikeja and the secretary of NBA Ikeja Mr kayode Adedejobi.
