Nze-Jumbo, INEC and others analyzed the electoral system under the law.

 The Christian holy book says that my people are perishing because they have no knowledge.  It is this knowledge that Nigerians should know about the next election, especially in order to elect the leaders who will lead this country to glory, within the next four years, before another election. 

 These are the topics that the experts spoke to the people at an outdoor meeting organized by the 'Team Nigeria for change' group in Ikeja Lagos, with the theme 'Your Right Your To Vote'.

Individuals and stakeholders in politics, humanitarian, security, politicians, representatives of the electoral organization INEC and so on gathered for the program, at the Excellence Hotel in Ogba.

 In his speech, the converner of the program, Bestman Nze-Jumbo, asked the participants not to just keep the knowledge of the program for their own use.  He said that they should spread the knowledge among the family, the body and the relatives who are not here.

 It is more in the words of elder Nze-Jumbo: "We developed this program in order to bring awareness about our electoral system to our people face to face, apart from the fact that we are just putting it on television, radio or newspaper.  At the end of the day, we have to make sure that our people know what they should know the do's and don'ts in the next election.

 "This plan has nothing to do with politics or any political party.  One thing that is important to us is to make sure that people have enough knowledge, and what is needed on the electoral system in accordance with the law of our country."  Nze-Jumbo said.

 

Also, the representative of the electoral organization present at the program gave a detailed explanation about the steps that INEC is taking in the future and can achieve great success in the voting system.  Felix Daramola, who is the head of the INEC branch that oversees the work on the election, said that INEC has paid its dues for its outstanding success.

 "There is a good position among the BVAS election plans, there is nothing to fear about the electronic machine.  We used them in Ekiti state and Osun state. The elections in both state was a big success".

 "Regarding the security system, our police are working hard with the electoral organization INEC to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the security system regarding the upcoming election. I am assuring you that, the security system will be implemented smoothly in Lagos and across Nigeria as a whole. However, we need 60,000 workers to work with us, and we are hiring them".

 "Our ears are not closed to the complaints that are being made about those who use money to buy PVC voters cards or ID numbers from the public.  But, let me tell you, anyone who is caught in the act will pay  N500,000 in fine, if the person refused to pay the money he or she will be imprisoned for two years, it is a big sin," Daramola explained
