A Professor of Political Science and economy, Gabriel Babawale who is the Provost, Anti-Corruption Agency of Nigeria, (ACAN) under ICPC will delivered the 12th annual lecture of Afrikanwatch Network, titled: Arise O Compatriots In the Spirit of Building one Nation, under the chairmanship of Dr. Tunji Abayomi, Pro-Chancellor, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State. 

The event will hold on June 24 in Lagos, as  presentation of African Gold Merit Award (AGMA) and induction of  some dignitaries into the African Legendary Hall of Fame (ALHF) will form highlight of the occassion, as those to be honoured  include,  Professors. Soneye Alabi, Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Lagos,  (Prince) Atte Timothy, Vice-Chancellor, President Of STABU University, Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom, Abubakar Sulaiman, Director-General, National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, Sen. David Iornem;  Elder Pastor Joseph Obayemi, Emeritius National and Continential General-Overseer of , the Redeemed Christian Church of God,  (RCCG).
