Oloworo of Oworonshoki celebrates 1st Year Anniversary in Grand style

The city of Oworonshoki was agog last Saturday during the celebration of the first year anniversary of their new king HRM, Oba Babatunde Saliu, the celebration was witnessed by the high and mighty of the society. Including royal majesties of different town's and communities who came from far and near to celebrate with the king.

It will be recalled that last week Thursday, Oba Babatunde Saliu conferred the chieftaincy title on six notable personalities in the Kingdom.

Those conferred with chieftaincy title are Chief Mufutau Olabimtan and his wife Chief Mrs. Abike Olabimtan as Asoju and Yeye Asoju; Chief Yusuf Busari and his wife Chief Mrs. Ashietu Busari as Borikini and Yeye Borokini; Chief Babajide Yahaya Agunbiade and Chief Mrs. Morenikeji Atoyegbe as Bobaselu and Yeye Oge of Oworoshoki Kingdom respectively.

Others are the executive chairman of Kosofe Local Government Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe, Member House of Representatives, Kosofe Federal Constituency, Hon. Kafilat Ogbara; Ikosi-Isheri LCDA Chairperson, Princess Samiat Bada; Secretary to the Local Government Kosofe, Prince Fatai Gbadebo; Former Special Assistant to the Speaker House of Representatives, Prince Ibrahim Oladega and Former Senior Legislative Aide to the Speaker House of Representatives, Olusegun Apena.

The occasion was also graced by other notable personalities such as the chairman and treasurer of Lagos State Parks and Garages, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo and Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Sego. A popular Nollywood Actress, Fathia Balogun was also present at the occasion.
