Lagos State Chief of Staff (Hon. Tayo Ayinde), GAC Member James Odumbaku (Baba Eto ) and others indicted in land grabbing.... Warned to stay away from The Oregun's property of Mr. Femi Faseun 

The Lagos State Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has been tasked to make things right in the state, by ensuring that a speedy intervention is put in place to stop the issue of Land grabbing, and government functionaries, who joined force with Cardinal James Odunmbaku, Tomori Williams and Thugs, to illegally claim the properties of OLUFEMI Omoola Faseun, at the Kudirat Abiola way, Oregun Lagos, in order not to give Nigeria a bad name with an act of stealing with forged documents, to encroach and hijack people's properties.

Speaking at the Press Conference held on Monday by the Center For Human and Socio-Economic Rights, Led by Comrade Alex Omotehinse and Lawyer for Reform Group (CSHR), at plot 10 Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun Lagos, Mr. OLUFEMI Omoola Fasehun disclosed, that it will be very unfair if the Federal government under Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Administration and the A. I. G  Kayode Egbetokun fold their Arms, and let the criminals use Government functionaries like the Chief of Staff of Lagos State, Mr. Tayo Ayinde to join force with Thugs to harass property owner who grew up in the same acclaimed Residence.

Summary of the case of Olufemi Omoola Fasehun:

Mr. Femi Omooa Fasehun ‘s case stated, that his father (Mr. Ebenezer Olawanle Fasehun) purchased the land 

located at 10, Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos from Mr. Busari Gbadamosi and Simbiyatu Alake 

on the 10th of January, 1961, in the sum of 100 pounds sterling. 

He said his father proceeded to register the deed of indenture (title document) to the land at the 

Ministry of land of Western Nigeria in 1961. 

He said the Deed of Indenture was registered as N0.6/6/431 and the sale to his father was witnessed by 

the Landgrabber (Omonile) Egunaye’s family in the 1952.

The land survey was lodged with respect to the land, and it was also registered alongside the title 

document this same date in 1961.

Mr. Fasehun senior deceased after registration of the land built a house on the Land, after fencing it 

round, and lived there with his famiy from 1961 till his death in 2004.

Furthermore, before his death in 2004, he gave a power of attorney to Mr. Femi Fasehun (VICTIM), his 

only male child to administer his estate in 2003. 

A family case arose from the management of the estate and the mother of Mr. Femi Fasehun’s half

sisters went to court, and the Lagos State High Court affirmed the victim as the true owner of the 

property known as 10, Kudirat Abiola way, Oregun, Lagos State.  Judgement attached herewith. 

Mr Femi Fasehun‘s criminal alegations against the accused was that his property was wilfuly destroyed 

and maliciously attacked 4 times by the accused / land grabbers as stated below thus:

Dates of attacks:

December, 2021-they forced their way and stole assets worth millions of Naira.

11th February, 2023-they forced their way in and destroyed assets again.

28th of April, 2023 they attacked and padlocked the house from outside why Police men from DCP 

Danko SHEIKH from Alagbon were present.

18th of August, 2023 they also attacked and destroyed the fence.

Mr. Femi Fasehun’s petition was for the police to investigate and prosecute on the allegations of the 

four attacks by accused, who resorted to self-help, malicious vandalization of his property, stealing, 

threat to his life, and that of his workers and purporting to carry out execution of a non-existent court 

judgment in suit N0. ID/1375/2011 by the accused.

However, he launched a SAVE OUR Soul to the Government !

PLANNING A COVERT OPERATION TO USE OFFICALS OF THE LAGOS STATE BUILDNG CONTROL AGENCY, 

THUGS AND POLICE OFFICERS DECOY TO DEMOLISH THE PROPERTY AT 10, KUDIRAT ABIOLA WAY, 

OREGUN, IKEJA, LAGOS BELONGING TO MR OLUFEMI FASEHUN.

Lawyers have been committed to ensuring protection of fundamental and social justice rights, promoting peace 

building, and legal intervention to rescue Mr. Olufemi Fasehun the bonafide owner of the property known as Plot 10, Kudirat Abiola way, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos hereinafter referred to as ‘Victim ’ on whose behalf we urgently demand for onward intervention of the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu alongside Mr Kayode Egbetokun, the Acting Inspector General of Police acceerated due diligent investigation, and prosecution of anyone found culpable no matter how highly placed at a court of competent jurisdiction accordingly. 

He expressed displeasure at the lot of atrocities occurred Before now, as series of criminal conspiracy led by APC Governor Advisory Council Chieftain, Cardinal James ODUMBAKU BABA ETO earlier claimed ownership with forged premeditated land title documents 

and survey plan in connivance with (Omoonile) led by Aare Tomori Williams, and others, wherein the Mr 

Onigbanjo SAN former Attorney General of Lagos State, those who were used to launch a deadly invasion into the 

land to demolish and forcefully dispossessed the property, but for a legal intervention and accelerated 

due diligent investigation, they retreated, and now relaunching another attack through the office of the Chief of Staff to Governor, Mr Tayo Ayinde to carry out another deadly covert operation, with the use of officials of the Lagos State Building Control Agency, THUGS and police officers decoy to forcefuly invade, and sieze the aforementioned property. 

All these are Precipitating our urgent clarion calls, to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President of the Federal Republic 

of Nigeria, The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Ou and Acting IGP Kayode Egbetokun, to swiftly come to the aid of the victim who are the rightly owners of the aforementioned 

property, with valid land title documents attached herewith for your confirmation.

The Lawyer, Otunba Remi Adeoye buttressed in his address that the Press Conference was held to avert any other attack which may want to spring up from the wicked criminals, and we must note, that the value of this land currently, is more than One Billion Naira, and when there is law in the country, there must be a respect for the rule of laws, and let every Family/ complaint involved, whether Egunaye Family and acclaimed Ajose Family who already have divided themselves in different part to raise attack, come with whatsoever type of documents they have to the court, and must not be by using their connections, Thugs, hire Land grabbers, to encroach or hijack people's properties.
