By Kingsley ihearindueme

In the spirit of total belief and reliance in the ability of the present political leadership of Abia State led by Gov. Alex Oti of the Labour Party, the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA state chairman, Hon Onuoha Egbe Benon has revealed why the current administration of the state is enjoying a stupendous political followership and support from across board, cutting every strata of other major political parties in the state.

Hon Egbe who in company of other top political notches of his party, APGA from his state attended the ongoing 18th Abuja International Trade Fair stated that the governor is enjoying a whole lot of support  even from across other political parties because they believe in his capability and capacity to deliver on his campaign promises to the good people of Abia State.

The event was indeed a gathering of political marriage of many parts, comprising the major political parties in the state which points to the way forward the present administration of the state is charting the course of the state without leaving anyone behind

The official day of the state at the Trade Fair which was celebrated in a grand style attracted notable political bigwigs from across many political parties in the state amongst whom are the Deputy Gov. Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, the Commissioner of Trade,
Commerce and industry, Hon. Chimezie Isaac Ukaegbu and Sen. Enyinnaya Abaribe, an APGA chieftain and senator representing Abia South Senatorial District, including the APGA state chairman himself and a host of others

According to Hon Egbe, this is his first time of identifying with a ruling party's program which in his words is ostensibly as a result of show of ability of the governor, whom he described as his political son.

Gov Oti was formally part and parcel of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA where in his words he was raised and nortured to become the most preferred and beautiful political bride in the state before joining the Labour Party, LP.under which platform he contested and won the last governorship election.

It was in this wise, he reckoned that the Gov is his political son but as the governor of the state today, he was quick to add that the Gov has become his father and the rest of every other citizen of the state.

Continuing the effervescent and vibrant APGA state chairman Hon Onuoha Egbe Benon remarked that Gov Oti unlike his immediate predecessor has ebullient will power and knowledge on how to turn the enormous potentials of the state to become not only a hub but also an epi-centre of commerce and industry capable of placing the state in the global map.

The official ceremony marking the Abia State day at the Trade fair was brought to an end with the state Deputy Gov, Engr Ikechukwu Emetu in company of a large entourage after a tour of the state stand, comprising various participants mostly manufacturers from the state, more especially Aba, a city reputed to be the Japan of Africa
