Breaking: Labour Suspends Strike 

There are indications that the Organised Labour may have suspended of its two-day nationwide strike. The suspension, according to a source privy to Tuesday morning meeting among labor leaders said, will last for the next five days

Strike has been suspended and to be reviewed in one week with respect to the outcome of the one week meeting between parties.

This came after a review of the industrial action and an overnight meeting with the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume.

However, the tripartite committee negotiating the minimum wage with labour will continue to have meetings everyday till an agreed wage is announced.
