The Secretary and Provost of COWA Barracks, on behalf of Hajia Amina A. Babandele, Chairperson of COWA Onne Area Command, Port Harcourt, presented a brand new Tecno Pop 8 (264GB) Android phone to Mrs. Jamaima Emmanuel Agim, a widow and COWA member.

The thoughtful donation aims to help Mrs. Agim maintain better communication with her children, who are currently studying in higher institutions, while also enabling her to stay connected in the ever-evolving digital world.
