AIG Fayoade Hosts Maiden Christmas Carol and Thanksgiving Service in Zone 2
The Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) in charge of Zone 2, comprising Lagos and Ogun States, AIG Fayoade Adegoke, has organized the maiden edition of a Christmas carol and end-of-year thanksgiving service. The groundbreaking event, themed "Police: Agents of Peace to the World," was held with grandeur and was well-attended by officers of the Nigeria Police Force, members of the Army and Navy, officials from the Police Service Commission (PSC), and other key stakeholders.
The ceremony, held at the Zone 2 Command Headquarters, Lagos, marked a moment of unity, reflection, and celebration for the law enforcement community. In his opening address, AIG Fayoade welcomed dignitaries and attendees, expressing profound gratitude to those who took time out of their schedules to participate in what he described as a “talk-of-the-town event.”
