Lagos, Nigeria – February 12, 2025 – Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd has announced the removal of processing fees on all GTBank POS terminals, a move aimed at reducing costs for businesses and enhancing payment efficiency.

Effective Tuesday, February 11, 2025, merchants using GTBank POS terminals will no longer incur Merchant Service Charges (MSC) when receiving payments, allowing them to operate at lower costs while improving customer experience.

With this initiative, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can now receive payments at zero cost, helping them cut down operational expenses and reinvest in business growth.
