Prophet Godwin Ikuru Felicitates Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at 60, Commends His Visionary Leadership
As Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu marks his 60th birthday today, heartfelt tributes have continued to pour in from across Lagos State and beyond. Among the well-wishers is Prophet Godwin Ikuru, the Founder and General Overseer of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, who has publicly celebrated the life and achievements of the Lagos State Governor, describing him as “a divinely appointed leader with an unwavering commitment to the progress of Lagos State.”
In a special birthday message released on Tuesday, June 25, Prophet Ikuru extended warm greetings and profound prayers to Governor Sanwo-Olu, lauding him for his transformational leadership, people-oriented governance, and dedication to making Lagos a modern, secure, and prosperous metropolis.
“On this day of celebration, I join millions of Lagosians and Nigerians to honor a visionary leader, a man of purpose, and a vessel of development, His Excellency Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu. At 60, you have not only lived a life of service, but one of excellence and divine grace,” Prophet Ikuru stated.
The respected cleric, who has long been a vocal supporter of the Sanwo-Olu administration, praised the governor’s strides in infrastructure development, healthcare, education, security, and transportation. According to Prophet Ikuru, the Renewed Hope and THEMES Plus agenda being championed by Governor Sanwo-Olu is not only transforming the landscape of Lagos, but also restoring the confidence of the people in governance.
He continued: “Governor Sanwo-Olu has shown resilience, wisdom, and the fear of God in leading Lagos. His projects are visible, his intentions are clear, and his passion for the people is undeniable.
