Lagos, Nigeria – Prominent entrepreneur and public servant, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, has been appointed as the Chairman of the 7th edition of the National Youth Leadership Platform Event, The Ambassadors Summit, scheduled to take place on Thursday, 4th September, 2025 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The announcement was made in an official statement released by the organizers, Joshua Oyeniyi International (J.O.I), who described Dr. Ogunsan’s appointment as a testament to his longstanding commitment to youth empowerment and national development.

Dr. Ogunsan, who serves as a Board Member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) and Chairman of Executive Group, has played a significant role in shaping leadership conversations among young Nigerians. He has been an active supporter of J.O.I’s various youth-focused initiatives, including The Ambassadors Radio Show and The Ambassadors Summit, since 2014.

Themed “Strategic Leadership for Turning Challenges into Opportunities,” this year’s summit is expected to attract influential personalities from across the public and private sectors. According to the statement, Dr. Ogunsan's leadership excellence and recent achievements—including the launch of the new EXECUTIVE Hotel and Suites in Ogba, Ikeja—underscore his capacity to inspire and guide young leaders.
