Glo and Palmpay Reward Lucky Subscribers in Ongoing Recharge and Win Promo

Lagos, July 10, 2025 — Lucky subscribers of Globacom are already reaping rewards from the ongoing second edition of the Glo/Palmpay “Recharge and Win Bonanza”, as winners have begun to emerge just weeks after the promotion kicked off.

The nationwide promo, jointly organized by Palmpay and technology giant Globacom, is aimed at rewarding Glo subscribers who recharge their lines through the Palmpay app. Among the prizes up for grabs are the iPhone 15 Pro, Infinix Hot 40, and a variety of other exciting items.

In a joint statement, the organizers announced that the latest winners from the draws include Basirat Mayowa Opatunji from Osogbo, Osun State, Wisdom Anayo Uzoma, Afeez Akanfe Muraina, and Oyedikachi Herbert. Winners who reside outside Lagos will have their prizes dispatched to the nearest Palmpay office in their location for pickup.

To participate in the ongoing campaign, subscribers are required to make Glo recharges of ₦500 or more using the Palmpay app, accessible via http://bit.ly/PalmPaySms. The promo, which began in June, runs through August 8, 2025.

Beyond the regular draws, a daily social media challenge gives users additional chances to win cash prizes, while Palmpay users also enjoy up to 6% cashback on Glo airtime and data purchases via the platform. As part of the campaign’s added incentives, Glo customers who haven’t activated a data plan in the last 90 days receive a 100% bonus on their recharges during the promo period.

One of the winners, Basirat Mayowa Opatunji, who won an Infinix Hot 40 smartphone, shared her excitement:

Basirat, a student of Ekiti State University, currently studying at the Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun study centre, noted she would pick up her prize at the Palmpay office in Osogbo.
