Lagos, Nigeria – July 8, 2025 — After weeks of intense competition, soulful renditions, and captivating stage performances, Nigerian Idol Season 10 is set for a thrilling finale, with Purp and Raymu emerging as the top two finalists. The season, proudly sponsored by Bigi, will culminate this Sunday in what promises to be a memorable showdown of musical talent.

The latest episode saw the four remaining contestants—Purp, Raymu, Mikki, and Lawrence—deliver stunning performances in two rounds: Judges’ Choice and Viewers’ Choice. Each singer showcased their range and connection with the audience, but it was ultimately Purp and Raymu who secured their spots in the grand finale.

In the Judges’ Choice round, Purp impressed with a flawless rendition of Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All”, while Lawrence delivered an emotional performance of Bruno Mars’ “When I Was Your Man”. Raymu’s soulful take on Alicia Keys’ “Fallin” struck a chord with both judges and viewers, and Mikki inspired with a moving version of Josh Groban’s “You Raise Me Up”.

In the Viewers’ Choice round, the energy intensified. Raymu thrilled the audience with a powerful cover of Usher’s “Burn”, while Purp captivated hearts with an emotional and vulnerable rendition of Demi Lovato’s “Anyone”.
