Governor Soludo Celebrates Senator Chris Ngige on Birthday

Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has extended warm felicitations Senator Chris Nwabueze Ngige, CON, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo described the former governor as a distinguished leader and public servant who has made significant contributions to Anambra State and Nigeria.

He recalled Ngige’s tenure as Governor of Anambra State from May 2003 to March 2006, during which he initiated development programmes that positively impacted the state.

“On behalf of the government and people of Anambra State, I heartily congratulate Senator Chris Ngige as he marks his birthday today. I wish him many more years in sound health and in continued service to humanity,” Soludo said.

Senator Ngige, a medical doctor turned politician, has also served the nation in various capacities, including as Minister of Labour and Employment.
