The Chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, popularly known as Buffalo, has been celebrated on the occasion of his 61st birthday by Board Member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan.
In a congratulatory message made available to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), Dr. Ogunsan extolled Ayinde’s qualities as a strategic administrator, seasoned security expert, and dependable ally in governance.
“It is a great privilege to honor my leader and senior friend, the revered political juggernaut and security expert, Dr. Tayo Ayinde. I consider it a privilege to know you and to sit at the same table with you on the Board of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund. Learning from your vast experience is always refreshing,” Ogunsan said.
Speaking on a personal note, he added: “I call you egbon—my big brother—for being a wonderful person to me. You provide leadership and guidance. I bless God for the gift of you, and I pray that you remain in good health and continue to be strengthened to serve the Lord, the community, and the nation at large.”
Ayinde, an accomplished accountant and security professional, has built a reputation for humility, discipline, and unwavering commitment to public service. He is widely regarded as a pillar of support to Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.
Notably, he served as the Director-General of the Independent Campaign Group (ICG) and chaired the Inauguration Committees for the Lagos gubernatorial elections in 2019 and 2023, roles that highlighted his organizational acumen and dedication to the advancement of Lagos State.
Dr. Ogunsan, who is also the Chairman of Executive Group, joined family, friends, and associates of the celebrant in wishing Ayinde many more years of impactful service.
