NIESV Lagos Chairman Leads Delegation to Adron Homes, Explores Strategic Partnership for Real Estate Growth

In a bid to foster deeper collaboration within Nigeria’s real estate sector, the Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) has initiated talks with leading property development firm, Adron Homes, on the possibility of strategic partnership to drive professional integration and accelerate housing delivery.
The move came during a high-level courtesy visit by the NIESV delegation, led by its Chairman, ESV Tosin Kadiri, to the Adron Homes Head Office, where they were warmly received by the Group Chairman of Adron, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking (KOF).
Welcoming the delegation, Aare Emmanuelking — himself a proud member of NIESV — offered insight into Adron’s journey and vision. He shared how his background in estate management served as the foundation for his transition into property development, which he described not as a business venture, but as a “calling” to build enduring cities, communities, and homes.
“Adron Homes was not born out of convenience, but of a calling,” he said. “The industry is filled with challenges, but those driven by vision and determination will stand out. With strategic thinking and resilience, we have continued to build and grow.”
He also spoke on Adron’s unique approach to estate development through thematic branding and significant infrastructure investments, noting that this strategy has distinguished the company in the real estate space.
Responding on behalf of the delegation, ESV Tosin Kadiri commended Adron Homes for its consistent and expansive impact across Nigeria’s housing sector. He emphasized the importance of establishing a structured relationship between NIESV and Adron Homes to leverage existing opportunities for mutual benefit.
“We are here to explore collaboration. NIESV members can tap into the vast opportunities already created by Adron Homes,” he stated.
Also speaking, the Chairman of the NIESV Cooperative Society proposed a joint housing scheme where a dedicated zone within Adron’s estates could be allocated for NIESV members to develop bespoke properties tailored to their professional vision and financial strength.
Further discussions centered on integrating experienced NIESV members, particularly experts in estate and facility management, into Adron Homes’ operations to enhance the value of its growing real estate portfolio.
In his remarks, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking expressed strong support for the proposals, describing the renewed engagement as a welcome development.
“We’ve had a cordial and productive relationship with NIESV Lagos Branch in the past. With this renewed energy, we are ready to deepen that collaboration in meaningful and strategic ways,” he said.
The NIESV delegates, including Vice Chairman ESV Ayodeji Odeleye, Honorary Secretary ESV Olaseni Lojede, and other executives, praised the scope and professionalism of Adron’s operations. One of the visiting executives noted that the tour had offered a fresh perspective on the complexities and achievements of property development in Nigeria.
Key Adron Homes officials present included Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, Group Company Secretary Shola Orunmuyiwa, Deputy Managing Director, Business Investment Chitola Roberts, Chief Press Secretary Maureen Echefu, and PA to the Chairman Faruq Salisu, among others.
The meeting concluded on a promising note, with both parties expressing commitment to building a long-term, impactful partnership aimed at enhancing standards in estate development and professional practice.
