Glo Rewards Subscribers with Millions in JollyCash Awards

Telecommunications giant, Globacom, has once again put smiles on the faces of its customers as seven lucky subscribers across Nigeria emerged winners in the company’s Jolly Product Cash Award scheme, walking away with millions of naira in cash prizes.

The winners, drawn from categories including Jolly Life, Jolly Wheel, Jolly Win, and Jolly Trivia, were celebrated at simultaneous prize presentation ceremonies held in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Warri, Onitsha, Nasarawa, and Enugu.

The star prize winner, Sunday Efenure, a 69-year-old technician from Edo State, clinched ₦1 million from the Jolly Wheel promo. Speaking at the Lagos ceremony, Efenure confessed he initially dismissed the news as a scam.

“With the rate of scams in the country, I didn’t believe it. My wife encouraged me to check, and I even asked my son to verify. When he confirmed it was genuine, I hurried to Lagos. I am grateful to Glo for this life-changing reward,” he said joyfully.

In Ibadan, Taiwo Oni, 39, was awarded ₦500,000 under the Jolly Life category. His twin brother, Kehinde, could not hide his excitement, exclaiming in Yoruba, “E chop am o! Me sef don run go buy my own Glo SIM. I must win!”

The winning streak extended across the country as Esther Clifford in Abuja received ₦500,000 from the Jolly Win segment, describing her prize as “a blessing that came at the right time.” Similarly, Christopher Onajobhe from Warri went home with ₦200,000, while Denem Usman Maji from Nasarawa and Godwin Udanna from Onitsha each secured ₦100,000. Ijeoma Anogwa from Enugu capped the list with ₦200,000.

Presenting the cheques in Lagos, Mr. Mojeed Aluko, Globacom’s Head of Value Added Services, reiterated the company’s dedication to rewarding customer loyalty. He urged subscribers to dial *13199# to participate in the ongoing promos.

Also speaking, Tolulope Aminu, representative of Tetragrammaton International, Globacom’s partner in the initiative, encouraged winners to share their success stories to inspire others to take part.

Globacom said the JollyCash Awards are designed to provide financial empowerment and strengthen the bond with its loyal subscribers.
