Primate Ayodele Commends Military, Declares Boko Haram’s Days Are Numbered
The Founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has lauded the Nigerian military for its efforts in the ongoing fight against terrorism, expressing confidence that insurgent groups will soon be defeated.
Addressing a large congregation at his church in Ejigbo on Sunday, September 7, 2025, Primate Ayodele urged the Army, Navy, and Air Force to intensify collaboration in order to decisively crush terrorist elements across the country.
“The Army, the Air Force, the Navy must work hand in hand to see an end to terrorism. The days of Boko Haram are numbered, and other smaller groups will also be rounded up,” he declared.
The cleric also commended the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Chief of Army Staff, predicting that they would record significant successes in the anti-terrorism campaign.
While warning of planned terrorist attacks in states including Niger, Katsina, Adamawa, Taraba, and Benue, he assured that security agencies would be able to withstand such threats.
“Terrorists are not spirits. They are planning to attack some military formations, but if the military is prepared, they will overcome. Although there will be attempts to attack, the army will deal decisively with them,” he said.
Primate Ayodele has consistently issued prophecies and counsel on national security, politics, and governance, often drawing attention to looming threats and opportunities for decisive action.
