NCSP, Brains and Hammer Hengke Partner on Landmark Real Estate Projects

The Nigeria–China Strategic Partnership (NCSP) has entered into a major collaboration with Brains and Hammer Hengke Limited — a Joint Venture between Brains and Hammers Ltd. and China’s Hunan Hengke Group — to deliver a series of landmark real estate projects across Nigeria.

The partnership aims to pioneer the development of two iconic 25-storey Brains and Hammers Towers in Abuja, featuring world-class hotel and residential facilities, as well as the construction of 30,000 smart, solar-powered homes nationwide.

Designed to combine affordability, sustainability, and innovation, the projects will create thousands of jobs, promote technology transfer, and boost local manufacturing capacity in key sectors such as glass, roofing, and electrical systems.

Speaking during a high-level strategic meeting with representatives of Brains and Hammer Hengke Limited, the Director-General of NCSP, Mr. Joseph Tegbe, lauded the initiative and reaffirmed the Partnership’s full support.

Tegbe underscored the importance of quality assurance and structural excellence, emphasizing that the projects reflect NCSP’s vision of “building the tallest, safest, smartest, and best-maintained structures in Abuja.”

He further noted that the collaboration aligns with NCSP’s broader mandate to promote inclusive and sustainable national development through impactful partnerships.

“The NCSP remains steadfast in driving initiatives that deliver real value to Nigerians while strengthening international cooperation for mutual prosperity,” Tegbe stated.
