Nigeria’s creative and real estate sectors converged recently at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos, for the debut of House Mattaz, the country’s first-ever interactive real estate stage play, produced by ThinkMint Nigeria.

The groundbreaking production thrilled an audience that included real estate executives, PropTech innovators, creative industry leaders, and performing artists. It featured a unique blend of storytelling, music, comedy, and drama — offering a refreshing and deeply human perspective on Nigeria’s dynamic property market.

Through its plot, House Mattaz explores the dreams, deals, and dilemmas shaping the real estate sector, unveiling the personal stories behind ambition, betrayal, community, and hope that drive the industry.

Among dignitaries at the event was the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Damilola Ayinde-Marshall, Esq., who commended the initiative and reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to promoting innovative art forms that blend cultural heritage with modern creativity.

Speaking on the inspiration behind the production, the convener and Chief Executive Officer of ThinkMint Nigeria, Mrs. Imeida Usoro-Olaoye, said the stage play was staged in celebration of the company’s fifth anniversary.

According to her, House Mattaz reflects ThinkMint’s mission to humanize real estate marketing by emphasizing the emotional connections and life decisions behind property transactions.

“Over the past five years, we’ve redefined how property brands connect with audiences — turning transactions into emotional experiences and brands into relatable stories,” Usoro-Olaoye said.

She further announced that the full House Mattaz performance will premiere globally on YouTube on November 7, 2025, giving a wider audience the opportunity to experience the show’s powerful storytelling and innovative intersection of real estate and theatre.

She encouraged fans to subscribe to the ThinkMint Nigeria YouTube channel and enable notifications to be among the first to stream the premiere.
