High-value investors are also catered for under the campaign. Clients who pay ₦30,000,000 on land purchases are entitled to a three-night couple’s trip to either Doha or South Africa. Meanwhile, buyers of houses valued at ₦50,000,000 receive a double-door refrigerator as part of the incentive package.

The company stated that the promo covers its estates located in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan–Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja, Nasarawa, and Niger states. It reaffirmed its commitment to providing secure land titles, affordable pricing, and strategically located developments.
