Christ Power of Resurrection and Life Bible Ministry Dedicates New Church Building in Lagos

Christ Power of Resurrection and Life Bible Ministry has officially dedicated its newly completed church building, marking a significant milestone in the ministry’s growth and spiritual impact within the community.

The dedication ceremony, held in a celebratory and reverent atmosphere, brought together clergy, dignitaries, and members of the congregation. Leading the event was the General Overseer, Pastor Segun Akinsanya, alongside his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Christiana Akinsanya, with a powerful message delivered by Bishop Rev. Dr. Joel Olaogun.

In his remarks, Pastor J.O.S. Akinsanya emphasized that the newly dedicated edifice is built solely for the glory of God, urging members and all who would make use of the facility to remain committed to God’s purpose.

“This house is built for the glory of the Lord. Whatever is done here must be done to honour Him,” he declared.

Delivering the keynote message, Bishop Rev. Dr. Joel Olaogun charged the congregation to remain steadfast in Christ, highlighting the church’s journey from humble beginnings to its present state as a testament to divine grace.

He encouraged members to persevere in faith, remain focused, and trust God’s process, noting that the ministry’s growth is rooted in obedience and unwavering belief in God’s word.

Also speaking at the event, the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Agriculture and Food Systems, Dr. Oluwarotimi Fashola, underscored the importance of spiritual alignment with both divine and constituted authority.

According to him, obedience to God’s Word guarantees blessings, stressing that the Word of God remains constant and unchanging.

“When you align yourself with authority—spiritually and even in the secular—you position yourself to receive the benefits attached to it,” he said.

Dr. Fashola also commended the leadership of the church, particularly the General Overseer, for over two decades of consistency, accountability, and dedication to the work of God.

He further advised members to remain loyal to their spiritual leaders while keeping their focus firmly on Christ, assuring them that steadfast faith would yield divine rewards.

In her remarks, Pastor (Mrs.) Christiana Akinsanya expressed gratitude to God for His faithfulness, noting that the ministry’s achievements would not have been possible without divine intervention.

“Without God, we can do nothing. Everything we have seen and achieved is by His grace,” she said.

The church leadership reiterated its vision to expand its evangelical outreach, win more souls into the kingdom of God, and continue impacting lives through its teachings and community engagement initiatives.

Reflecting on the ministry’s journey, speakers at the event consistently pointed to God’s grace, mercy, and power as the driving force behind its growth, expressing confidence that greater accomplishments lie ahead.

The dedication ceremony concluded with prayers, thanksgiving, and renewed commitment by members to uphold the church’s mission of faith, service, and spiritual transformation.
