The event drew the presence of notable traditional rulers, including His Royal Majesty Oba Razaq Waliu Olasunkanmi Oguntolu, the Onibeju of Ibeju; Oba Balogun Muhideen Adebowale, the Onisolu of Solu-Alade; and Oba Lukman Arowolo, the Gbadewolu of Araromi.
The delegation was received at the project site by the Managing Director of Boing Golf Estate, marking the official commencement of the estate’s construction.
Speaking during the ceremony, Olowa described the initiative as a strategic collaboration between the local government and private developers, aimed at driving sustainable development in Ibeju-Lekki.
“This project reflects our administration’s commitment to supporting credible investors who are ready to deliver world-class housing infrastructure that will not only provide decent accommodation but also stimulate economic growth across our communities,” he said.
