The company hosted a colourful event that brought together employees, retirees, and their families in a vibrant atmosphere of appreciation and reflection. The celebration featured recognition for long-serving staff who have committed between 10 and 25 years to the organisation, as well as honours for retirees in 2026 who were acknowledged for their years of service and contributions.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Promasidor Nigeria, François Gillet, commended the workforce for its dedication and resilience, noting that the company’s achievements over the years have been driven by the commitment and shared purpose of its employees.

According to him, organisations must remain deliberate in creating environments where employees can thrive amid changing workplace realities, stressing the importance of investing in people, supporting their wellbeing, and providing opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Beyond internal workforce engagement, Promasidor Nigeria has also sustained investments in local capacity development. A key initiative is its Ikun Dairy Farm located in Ikun Ekiti, Ekiti State, widely regarded as one of the largest dairy farms in Nigeria. The facility, which houses over 750 high-yielding cattle, has contributed significantly to strengthening the local dairy value chain, while creating more than 200 direct jobs and supporting over 1,000 indirect employment opportunities within the host community.
