The Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo'ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, has congratulated the Assistant General Secretary of the Community Development Committee (CDC), Comrade Ayoade Ajayi, on the occasion of his birthday.
