 Bigi, Fearless Take Soundcity OnTour to YABATECH, Spotlight Student Talent

LAGOS — The Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) campus came alive as the Soundcity OnTour, powered by Bigi and Fearless, delivered an evening of music, dance, entertainment and talent discovery for students.

The activation brought together students for a vibrant entertainment experience while providing a platform for young Nigerians to showcase their creativity, connect with opportunities and celebrate their talents.

The event featured performances and activities designed to engage students and create memorable experiences, with the campus buzzing with excitement as music and dance took centre stage.

Beyond the entertainment, the activation highlighted the broader objective of creating platforms through which young Nigerians can express themselves, develop their abilities and connect their talents with opportunities.

Speaking on the initiative, Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Rite Foods Limited, Ekuma Eze, said the Bigi and Fearless brands were committed to supporting platforms that enable young people to express their creativity.

“Young people are not waiting for culture to happen; they are creating it every day. Through the Bigi and Fearless brands, we want to meet them where that creativity is most visible and give them platforms where they can express themselves, discover their capabilities and connect with opportunities beyond the immediate moment,” Eze said.

The YABATECH activation also provided an opportunity for students, including Opeyemi, Favour and Chidera, to turn their talents into moments of achievement through the activities organised as part of the tour.

As the event came to an end, Soundcity OnTour left behind more than music and entertainment, reinforcing its focus on talent discovery, youth engagement and creating opportunities for young Nigerians.

The organisers said the tour would continue to other campuses, with more music, talent challenges and opportunities lined up for students.
