Ogun State Government Awards Certificate of Occupancy to Adron Homes for Treasure Park and Gardens Estates Shimawa
The Ogun State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering real estate development by issuing Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) to Adron Homes and Properties for two of its estates in Shimawa: Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 2 (City of David) and Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 3 (Capetown Estate).
Under the leadership of Governor Dapo Abiodun, MFR, CON, the state government has demonstrated its dedication to supporting credible real estate developers through swift and transparent land documentation processes. This development is a significant milestone in the public-private partnership efforts aimed at bolstering Ogun State’s housing sector.
The issuance of the C of O follows a precedent set by the previous administration under Governor Ibikunle Amosun, which issued similar certificates to Adron Homes for Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 1 (Genesis Estate) and Treasure Park and Gardens (Glasshouse Estate). This consistency underscores the state’s sustained focus on creating an enabling environment for developers to thrive and deliver quality housing solutions.
Speaking on this achievement, the Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, expressed his appreciation to the Ogun State Government for its business-friendly policies and prompt processing of land titles. He noted that the partnership strengthens Adron Homes’ vision of making luxury housing affordable while ensuring world-class infrastructure for homeowners.
“We are grateful to Governor Dapo Abiodun for his support and recognition of our efforts in contributing to Ogun State’s housing development agenda,” Emmanuelking said. “Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 2 (City of David) and Phase 3 (Capetown Estate) are reflections of our commitment to providing modern, secure, and accessible housing solutions. This gesture further motivates us to expand our reach and impact across Nigeria.”
Located in the serene environment of Shimawa, the Treasure Park and Gardens Estates are designed with modern amenities, including paved roads, efficient drainage systems, recreational facilities, and more, offering residents a blend of comfort and sustainability. With the newly issued C of O, the estates provide enhanced security and assurance to investors and homeowners, solidifying Adron Homes’ reputation as a trusted name in real estate development.
This landmark event not only strengthens the collaboration between the Ogun State Government and private developers but also highlights the state’s efforts to drive investment, job creation, and prosperity in the real estate sector.
