Operation Fansan Yamma: Theatre Commander Urges Troops to Prioritize Information Security
The Theatre Commander of the Joint Task Force North West, Operation Fansan Yamma, Major General Oluyinka Olalekan Soyele, has called on troops to uphold strict information security during operations and to avoid any form of communication with the enemy. He made this appeal during a Christmas lunch organized for the troops in Gusau, Zamfara State, as reported by the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP).
In his address, Maj. Gen. Soyele commended the troops for their operational successes and praised their resilience and dedication in the face of challenging conditions. He lauded their pivotal role in restoring stability and peace to the region, attributing recent gains in the theatre to their hard work and professionalism.
Reflecting on the past year's operations, the Theatre Commander encouraged the troops to approach the new year with renewed vigor and commitment. He stressed the need for adaptability and responsiveness to emerging challenges, urging them to apply lessons learned from the past year to improve future operations.
Gen. Soyele also reassured the troops of continued support from the command and urged them to maintain the highest standards of conduct, professionalism, and integrity.
