Fidelity Bank Plc Strengthens Leadership with New Board Appointments
Lagos, Nigeria, January 17, 2025 – Fidelity Bank Plc, one of Nigeria's leading financial institutions, has announced strategic changes to its Board of Directors aimed at driving its continued growth and operational excellence. The appointments, which became effective on January 14, 2025, have been approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
In a regulatory disclosure to NGX Regulation Limited, the bank confirmed the appointment of Alhaji Abdullahi Sarki Mohammed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Ms. Obiaku Augusta Okam as a Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Sufiyanu Ibrahim Garba as an Executive Director.
