Popular cleric and founder of the Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, Prophet Godwin Ikuru, has declared his ambition to contest for the Lagos State governorship seat in 2027, stating that the state deserves no other leader but him.

Prophet Ikuru, known for his accurate prophecies and philanthropic activities, expressed confidence in his ability to govern Lagos, citing his deep understanding of the state's complexities and his strong grassroots connections.

“I have lived in Lagos for over 27 years, interacting closely with its people and understanding their challenges firsthand. With my experience, commitment, and divine direction, I am ready to step forward and serve as the next governor of this great state,” he declared.

A Prophetic Track Record in Politics

Prophet Ikuru is widely recognized for his prophetic insights, particularly in Nigeria’s political landscape. He accurately predicted the landslide victory of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 elections and foresaw the election successes of several governors across states like Niger, Nasarawa, Kogi, Lagos, Imo, Edo, and Delta.
