Hon. Olowa Celebrates with OTS Foundation on First Anniversary, Applauds Founder’s Visionary Leadership


The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, joined dignitaries on Friday to celebrate the first anniversary of the Ogungbo Temitope Sofwan (OTS) Foundation. The event also marked the birthday of the foundation’s founder, Hon. Ogungbo Temitope Sofwan, who currently serves as the Supervisor for Education.


In his remarks, Hon. Olowa congratulated the celebrant and commended his dedication to societal development. He described Hon. Temitope Sofwan Ogungbo as a model of exemplary leadership, noting his contributions to education and philanthropy.

“The celebrant is a rare-breed politician, like a lamp set on a hill that cannot be hidden,” Hon. Olowa stated. He also pledged his support for the OTS Foundation, recognizing its impact within a short period. “Gathering people here today to support them in various ways proves that you are a politician of rare distinction,” he added.


In response, Hon. Ogungbo Temitope Sofwan expressed gratitude to the Council Chairman for providing him with opportunities to contribute to the community. He praised Hon. Olowa for his achievements in the education sector and reaffirmed his commitment to serving humanity. He also called for continued support for the Olowa-led administration.

OTS Foundation’s Impact

Founded in 2024, the OTS Foundation has made a significant mark in the education sector, notably through the distribution of JAMB forms to students aspiring to enter higher institutions, among other initiatives.
