Emeka Offor Commends Soludo’s Infrastructural Strides, Backs Re-election Bid 

ANAMBRA, NIGERIA – Business mogul and Chairman of Chrome Group, Sir (Dr.) Emeka Offor, has lauded Governor Charles Soludo for his remarkable infrastructural developments in Anambra State, calling for his re-election for a second term.  

Offor, a prominent entrepreneur and philanthropist, praised Soludo’s **fiscal prudence and judicious use of resources**, stating that the **people of Anambra (Ndi Anambra)** will rally behind the governor’s **re-election** due to his transformative leadership.  

## **Major Road Projects Commissioned**  

Sir Offor was part of **Governor Soludo’s entourage** to **Okpoko**, where the governor **commissioned the 10.8-kilometer Nkwo Oraifite to Nkwo Nnewi road**, popularly known as Agba Ụzọ Ịnọ. The road inauguration was a key highlight of Soludo’s third anniversary in office.  

During the event, Offor applauded the governor for his commitment to infrastructural development and pledged his unwavering support. He also encouraged residents to back Soludo’s administration, emphasizing the positive impact of ongoing road projects on local communities.  

Additionally, Offor hailed Soludo’s swift action in awarding the 5.8-kilometer Oraifite Civic Centre to Onitsha Express Road project, a vital road previously threatened by severe erosion. The deteriorating condition of the road had resulted in erosion sites measuring 10 meters and 22 meters in width and depth, respectively.  

Anambra’s Infrastructure Transformation 

According to the State Commissioner for Information, Law Mefor, Soludo’s **proactive governance and passion for development are reshaping Anambra into an admired investment and residential destination.  

Governor Soludo emphasized the strategic importance of these road projects, noting that they would provide long-term solutions to flooding and erosion issues that have plagued the state for years.  

He urged the contractors handling the projects to ensure quality execution and timely completion, reiterating that his administration has already awarded contracts for 750 kilometers of road construction, with over 420 kilometers completed. On average, the state achieves 12 kilometers of completed roads per month.
