 9 Brigade Commander, Brig. Gen. Oyekola Receives 16 Operational Vehicles from LSSTF for OP MESA

The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) has donated sixteen operational vehicles to the 9 Brigade of the Nigerian Army in support of OP MESA operations across Lagos State.

The vehicles, fully branded with the OP MESA logo, were officially presented to the Commander of the 9 Brigade, Brigadier General Olawale Mathew Oyekola, by Mr. Adegbola Lewis, Director of Administration at LSSTF, on behalf of the Executive Secretary/CEO, Dr. Abdurrazaq Balogun.

The donation is part of ongoing efforts by the Lagos State Government, through the LSSTF, to strengthen security agencies and enhance their capacity to combat crime, maintain law and order, and protect lives and property across the state.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Brig. Gen. Oyekola expressed appreciation for the gesture and assured that the vehicles would be deployed effectively to boost the operational efficiency of OP MESA and improve public safety in Lagos.

The Commander was accompanied by other senior military officers to the LSSTF office during the official handover.
