CSP Ayo Elijah, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of the ManCenter Division, has once again earned public acclaim for his unwavering integrity and dedication to duty, as he receives two prestigious awards in recognition of his outstanding service.

The first honour came from National Watch Magazine, which presented CSP Elijah with the Distinguished Public Service Award for Policing Excellence. The award celebrates his active commitment to community safety and his exemplary conduct in upholding law and order.

In a related development, the organizers of the Lagos-Ikeja City Award 2025, in collaboration with a media publication company, also bestowed a Certificate of Achievement on CSP Elijah. The recognition was presented at a grand ceremony held at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Expo Center, Alausa, Ikeja. The accolade highlights his exceptional leadership, dedication, and community-centered policing approach in the area he currently serves.

CSP Elijah has gained widespread respect for his moral courage, particularly following his reported rejection of a ₦20 million bribe in a recent criminal investigation — a bold act that further cemented his reputation as a principled and incorruptible officer.

This recent double recognition adds to his growing list of accolades, including the Trek Africa Best DPO of the Year 2024 Award. Observers believe CSP Elijah’s consistent professionalism and integrity continue to set the benchmark for effective and ethical policing in Nigeria.

His story stands as a beacon of hope and a testament to the kind of leadership needed within the nation’s security architecture.
