Primate Ayodele Alerts DSS Over Alleged Plot to Hack FG Website, President’s Phone

The Founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has raised alarm over alleged plans by criminal elements to hack into the Federal Government’s website and the personal phone of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Speaking from the church’s branch in the Benin Republic on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Primate Ayodele urged the Department of State Services (DSS) to intensify its vigilance and deploy stronger security measures to counter the looming threats.

He specifically called on the DSS Director-General, Tosin Ajayi, to “wake up” to the task of protecting the president and the integrity of government systems. According to him, the DSS has the capacity and access to superior technology capable of thwarting such attacks, including potential threats to the president’s convoy.

“I commend the efforts of the DSS DG, Tosin Ajayi, but he must wake up to help this government,” Ayodele said. “There are intruders who want to hack into the website of the federal government and the phone of the president. However, the DSS will also have a very powerful device to prevent any attack on the president’s convoy.”

The cleric also advised President Tinubu to urgently review his cabinet, warning that certain ministers were not loyal to his administration and were pursuing personal or external interests.

“Tinubu needs committed people that are loyal in his cabinet. If you don’t change your cabinet, your cabinet will change you,” Ayodele cautioned. “Some of the ministers are not with you, some are entirely working against you. Some don’t like you, some are just there doing their own work.”

Primate Ayodele is known for making bold prophecies and political warnings, many of which have sparked public debate in the past.
