Glo Upgrades Data Bundles, Offers More Data at No Extra Cost

Nigeria’s leading telecommunications company, Globacom, has introduced revised data bundles designed to give subscribers more data volume for the same price. The upgrade reflects the company’s continuous drive to provide affordable, value-packed services for its customers across the country.

According to the company, the newly enhanced Glo Data Bundles apply to its daily, weekly, and monthly plans. Each category now offers higher data volumes at no additional cost, enabling customers to enjoy extended internet access for streaming, gaming, social media, video calls, and other online activities.

For light users, the ₦100 daily plan has been increased from 105MB to 125MB, providing extra browsing time for chats and short video streams.
Moderate users will benefit from the ₦1,500 weekly plan, which now offers 6GB instead of 5.9GB, ensuring longer connection for work and entertainment.

Heavy internet users will also enjoy more data under the new structure. The ₦2,000 monthly plan now delivers 6.25GB, while the ₦10,000 plan has been upgraded from 38GB to 42GB, offering greater value for streaming, downloads, and remote work.

Students are equally included in the improvement, as the Campus Booster Plan now provides higher data allocations to help them access research materials, online classes, and social platforms more efficiently.

Globacom noted that the revised bundles are available to all Glo customers — prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid. Subscriptions can be made by dialing *312#, through the Glo Café app (available on Android and iOS), or via hsi.glo.com.

The telecom giant added that customers can share or gift data using *312# or the Glo Café app, and will continue to receive alerts when their data usage hits 75% and 100% to help them monitor consumption.

In addition, unused data will automatically roll over when customers renew their plans before expiry or purchase another within the grace period of one to seven days, depending on the plan. Multiple active data subscriptions are also supported for greater flexibility.

Globacom urged its subscribers to take advantage of the upgraded bundles, assuring that the offer combines affordability, extensive coverage, and superior value — allowing every customer to enjoy more data without spending more.
