Odunmbaku Extols Seyi Tinubu’s Philanthropy as City Boy Movement Holds 40th Birthday Prayer

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. David Olusegun Odunmbaku, has lauded Barrister Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his unwavering commitment to youth empowerment and humanitarian initiatives across the country.

Odunmbaku gave the commendation on Monday during a special prayer and empowerment programme organized by the City Boy Movement, Lagos Chapter, to commemorate Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday. The event, held at the Blue Roof, Lagos Television (LTV), Ikeja, attracted dignitaries including council chairmen from across Lagos State, youth and women groups, market leaders, and other stakeholders.

In his remarks, Odunmbaku described Seyi Tinubu as “a shining example of purposeful youth leadership,” noting that his various empowerment programmes and charitable activities have positively impacted countless Nigerians.

“Like the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Seyi Tinubu’s compassion for the less privileged and his drive to create opportunities for young people are worthy of emulation,” Odunmbaku said.

Highlighting efforts of his administration in Ojodu LCDA to complement the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, Odunmbaku outlined several initiatives, including a digital skills training programme for 154 youths and artisans, a soilless farm laboratory designed to promote agricultural innovation among young people, and the distribution of school bags and books to pupils under the council’s Back-to-School scheme.

He urged other privileged individuals and youth leaders to emulate Seyi Tinubu’s spirit of generosity and commitment to community development.

Odunmbaku also commended the City Boy Movement for organizing the event, describing it as “a true reflection of the values and vision Seyi Tinubu represents.”
