The Progressive Group has lauded the Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Agbaje Lukmon Abiodun, for his outstanding demonstration of purposeful and people-oriented leadership, describing his first 100 days in office as a model of impactful local governance.

Agbaje outlined his administration’s vision anchored on service, transparency, and measurable impact. Under his leadership, Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA has recorded significant progress across several critical sectors. These include seven ongoing road construction projects spread across all wards, the Renewed Hope Cash Fund Initiative providing ₦100,000 monthly to 100 beneficiaries, and the distribution of 300 free GCE forms to indigent students as part of efforts to promote education and youth empowerment.

Other notable interventions include the creation of a proactive Environmental Taskforce to enhance sanitation and waste management, as well as the Widows Empowerment Programme, designed to support vulnerable women and restore their dignity through financial and material assistance.

Speaking on his administration’s approach to governance, Hon. Agbaje affirmed:
