JMG Celebrates International Men’s Day, Honours Employees for Their Contributions

JMG Limited, Nigeria’s leading provider of integrated electro-mechanical solutions, has joined the global community in commemorating this year’s International Men’s Day, recognising the positive impact of men within the organisation and society at large.

The company marked the day with a special event themed “Celebrating Men and Boys,” aligning with the global focus for 2025. The celebration highlighted the dedication of male employees while also promoting awareness on critical men’s health issues.

Male staff members gathered onsite, with others joining virtually, in a show of unity and shared purpose. The strong participation underscored JMG’s ongoing commitment to employee well-being and appreciation.

A key feature of the event was an interactive health session led by Dr. Sanni Asishana, Group Head of Medical Services at NEM Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). He addressed essential topics including suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer—explaining causes, preventive measures, and the importance of early detection.

Managing Director of JMG Limited, Mr. Mazen Jubaili, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the men across JMG and its sister company, Jamara. “At JMG and Jamara, we are privileged to work alongside exceptional men whose dedication drives our mission, strengthens our culture, and inspires excellence every day. Today, we celebrate your hard work, your values, and the positive impact you make on our teams and communities,” he said.

The event blended celebration with education, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to fostering a supportive work environment and promoting health consciousness among employees.

JMG continues to lead in providing reliable electro-mechanical solutions, driven by a diverse team of mechanical, electrical/electronics, computer, and chemical engineers, alongside professionals from various fields. The company contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).

Its innovative solutions include Lithion inverters and batteries (launched in 2018), Livfast inverters and batteries (introduced in 2022), as well as LONGi solar panels, Deye lithium batteries, and Must solar inverters, unveiled in 2024.
