Piece of Peace Women Leadership Initiative Dazzles as APC National Woman Leader Inaugurates All APC Women Support Groups and NGOs at the Women Development Center, Abuja
The atmosphere in Abuja was alive with excitement and renewed purpose as the APC National Woman Leader, Dr. Mary Alile Idele, formally inaugurates the All APC Women Support Groups and NGOs at the Women Development Center on November 17, 2025. The event radiates historic significance, marking a new chapter of unity, empowerment, and political advancement among women across Nigeria.
This monumental occasion, coordinated under the dedicated leadership of Dr. Philomina Eriyo, Director-General of All APC Women Support Groups, symbolizes the collective strength and unyielding spirit of APC women who have continued to champion the ideals of the party. It is a moment that honors the selfless contributions of women who, since 2019, have been at the forefront of mobilization, advocacy, and political participation—laying the foundation for the ongoing Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
For years, these women have worked tirelessly behind the scenes, traversing communities, churches, mosques, and marketplaces to promote inclusion and civic engagement. Their resilience has not only strengthened the APC’s grassroots base but has also positioned women as central players in governance and policy advocacy.
Under Dr. Mary Alile Idele’s visionary leadership, this inauguration became more than a political gathering— a celebration of purpose, integrity, and empowerment. signalling a commitment to deeper collaboration, mentorship, and skill development for women across the six geopolitical zones.
Dr. Philomina Eriyo and her executive team meticulously planned this historic event, ensuring that it reflects the values of excellence and unity that define the APC Women’s Wing.
As the chants of solidarity fill the hall and the national colors adorn the stage, Piece of Peace Women Leadership Initiative, a prominent participating support group took the event to another level as they showcased patriotism, glamour and utmost confidence in the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration.
Adorned on a colourful APC styled regalia, the President and Co- Founder of the foundation, Dr Mrs Agnes Hosanah Ajibade described President Tinubu as a courageous leader whose political will and policies are needed at a time like this to drive Nigeria towards the path of progress and prosperity.
She hinted that the APC National Women Leader is a big motivation for all well meaning Nigerian women to mobilize massively for the reelection of President Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Interestingly, Mrs Ajibade also shared that the Piece of Peace Women Leadership Initiative has perfected Grassroots plans to accumulate over a million votes for President Tinubu through voter education, community awareness and the propagation of the president's renewed hope agenda.
Participants during the event drawn from all works of life applauded the APC women initiative and remained enthusiastic that with the support of Nigerian women, Tinubu's reelection bid just received an indomitable endorsement.
The atmosphere was filled with celebration, funfare and gracious presentations.
