Women of Substance Unveils Inaugural “Sisters’ Hangout” to Strengthen Collaboration and Leadership Among Women Professionals
Women of Substance, a women-centered empowerment network founded by media icon Chief Ify Onyegbule (Ada Di Ora Mma), is set to debut the first-ever edition of the “Sisters’ Hangout,” a dynamic gathering designed to promote meaningful connections, professional visibility, and cross-industry growth for women in business, media, education, technology, and community development.
The exclusive lunch-table event will bring together high-achieving and emerging women leaders for strategic conversations powered entirely by women. Chief Ify Onyegbule is a distinguished broadcast media consultant with over two decades of professional experience. She is known for training broadcasters, setting up radio/TV stations, and consulting for top-tier clients and institutions. As the Founder of Women of Substance and Women Awareness for Sustainable Empowerment Initiative, she remains a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in media and society. She also currently serves as the Director General of the Imo Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), Owerri.
