Dr. Ajoke Olufunmilola Ogunsan, fondly known as Dr. Ajokesings, has continued to distinguish herself as a transformational leader, philanthropist, and passionate worship minister. As she marks her 45th birthday, the Executive Group director stands out as a woman whose influence cuts across business, ministry, humanitarian service, and community development.
Born on December 6, 1980, Dr. Ogunsan has grown into a respected figure within Nigeria’s corporate landscape and beyond. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to service have endeared her to many Nigerians, making her a shining example of Scripture-centred womanhood.
As a key figure in the Executive Group—which comprises Executive Trainers Ltd, Executive Education Consulting Ltd, Executive Motors Ltd, Executive Voyage & Logistics Ltd, and Executive Hotel & Suites—she has played a pivotal role in driving corporate growth. Her leadership style is widely described as transformational, steering the Group’s expansion into a prominent force in corporate training, business travel, logistics, human capability development, and hospitality.
Dr. Ogunsan’s academic and professional stature reflects her dedication to continuous learning. A Biochemistry graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), she has furthered her education at prestigious global institutions, including Lagos Business School, Oxford Brookes University, UK, and Georgetown University, USA. She holds membership in distinguished organisations such as the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria, and the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.
Her contributions to society have earned her recognition from several bodies, including her listing by Trek Africa as one of the 25 Most Influential and Role Model Women in Africa. She has also been honoured as a Humanitarian Ambassador by Creekvibes Celebrity Magazine and received the PCRC Women Award of Excellence.
Beyond her accolades, Dr. Ogunsan is deeply committed to service, especially in areas of girl-child education, youth empowerment, women’s leadership, and community upliftment. To mark her 45th birthday, she visited multiple orphanages across Lagos, donating food items, provisions, and emotional support to children in need—reinforcing her belief that leadership is rooted in compassion and service.
The celebration continues on Sunday, December 7, when Dr. Ogunsan leads a special worship event, the SPAW Concert — Symphony of Praise and Worship. Ministering under her musical identity, Dr. Ajokesings, the session is designed as a heartfelt offering of thanksgiving, drawing friends, family, protégés, and worshippers to celebrate God’s faithfulness with her.
At 45, Dr. Ajoke Ogunsan—wife of Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, Executive Secretary/CEO of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF)—remains an inspiration to many as a devoted Christian, compassionate philanthropist, exceptional leader, and a treasured gift to society.
