According to the Chairman, the administration is prioritising targeted investments in sports infrastructure and structured competitions to create sustainable pathways for young people to thrive. Key initiatives discussed include the provision of essential sports facilities in primary schools across the five wards of the LCDA, as well as the organisation of the annual IBLCDA Sports Meet covering Igbogbo, Ibeshe, Elepe, Baiyeku, Oreta, and Offin-Ile.
