All Progressives Congress in Lagos Celebrates Mothers, Praises Their Role in Nation Building on Mothering Sunday
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State has paid glowing tribute to mothers for their immense contributions to families, communities, and national development as Christians across the country marked Mothering Sunday.
In a statement issued on Sunday by the Lagos APC Spokesman, Seye Oladejo, the party joined families in Nigeria and around the world to celebrate mothers, describing them as pillars of strength whose sacrifices and dedication continue to shape society.
Oladejo noted that mothers play a critical role in nurturing homes, instilling values, and raising the next generation of leaders, stressing that their impact goes beyond family life into governance, commerce, education, and community development.
According to him, the party recognizes the daily sacrifices made by mothers to ensure the well-being and stability of their families, adding that their resilience, compassion, and guidance remain vital to the growth and progress of Lagos State.
