Oluremi Tinubu Urges Unity, Compassion as Muslims Celebrate Eid al-Fitr 2026



Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has congratulated Muslim faithful across the country on the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 2026, urging Nigerians to sustain the values of compassion, unity, and generosity cultivated during the holy month of Ramadan.

In her Eid message marking the end of qTwitter.Com/Integrity News , the First Lady prayed that Almighty Allah would accept the fasting, prayers, and acts of charity offered by Muslims during the sacred period.

She encouraged Nigerians to remain committed to promoting peace, unity, and mutual respect across religious and ethnic lines, noting that the spirit of Ramadan should continue to guide the nation beyond the fasting period.

Senator Tinubu also called on citizens to remember the less privileged during the festivities by extending kindness and support to those in need.

According to her, the blessings of Ramadan should renew hope among Nigerians, strengthen national unity, and inspire collective commitment towards building a peaceful and prosperous country.

She concluded her message by wishing Muslim faithful a joyful celebration, saying “Eid Mubarak.”
