 Seye Oladejo Bags City People Political Icon Special Award

Leading aspirant for the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for Mushin II Federal Constituency, , has been honoured with the Political Icon Special Award at the 2026 City People Political Awards.

The award, presented by , recognises Oladejo’s contributions to public service, grassroots development, and party leadership in Lagos State, particularly within Mushin Local Government.

Oladejo, a former Chairman of Mushin Local Government, also served as a two-term member of the Lagos State Executive Council and currently functions as spokesperson for the Lagos State chapter of the APC. His political career has been marked by advocacy for people-oriented policies and active engagement in community development initiatives.

Although the APC stalwart was absent at the award ceremony held in Lagos, organisers disclosed that the award would be formally presented to him at a later date.

Reacting to the recognition, Oladejo expressed appreciation to the organisers and dedicated the honour to the people of Mushin and Lagos State.

“This recognition is not just about me; it reflects the collective aspirations of our people and our shared vision for a better Mushin and a greater Lagos,” he said.
