HabariPay Limited, the fintech subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO), has launched its first-ever Impact Report, detailing the company's growth journey, business evolution, operational achievements, and contributions to Nigeria's rapidly expanding digital payments sector.


 LAGOS, Nigeria – HabariPay Limited, the fintech subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO), has unveiled its maiden HabariPay Impact Report 2025, providing stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of the company's growth, innovation journey, business performance, and impact on Nigeria's digital payments landscape.

The report chronicles HabariPay's transformation from a newly established fintech venture into one of the country's leading payment infrastructure providers. It highlights key milestones, strategic investments, and business decisions that have driven the company's expansion and strengthened its position within the financial technology ecosystem.

According to the report, HabariPay has played a significant role in advancing digital commerce by enabling seamless payment acceptance, supporting merchants and businesses, enhancing payment infrastructure, and expanding financial access through technology-driven solutions.

The publication also showcases the company's financial and operational achievements, particularly the growth of its flagship payment platform, Squad.
