Ibeju-Lekki Council Donates Official Vehicles to Eleven Royal Fathers

The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has presented official utility vehicles to the eleven recognised royal fathers across the council area.

The brief handover ceremony, held at the Council Secretariat in Igando-Oloja, brought together traditional rulers, community stakeholders and council officials. Hon. Olowa said the gesture reflects the local government’s commitment to strengthening traditional institutions and enhancing their capacity to deliver on core responsibilities.

According to him, the provision of official vehicles will assist the royal fathers in community engagement, conflict resolution and grassroots administration—key pillars for maintaining peace, harmony and coordinated development across Ibeju-Lekki.

The beneficiaries are:
